What is Polyjacking & How Does It Work?
Polyjacking represents the latest innovation in the concrete leveling industry. While traditional mudjacking relies on a heavy soil-and-cement slurry, polyjacking uses high-density, closed-cell polyurethane foam to raise and stabilize concrete slabs. This method is exceptionally clean, non-invasive, and highly durable.
To perform polyurethane concrete lifting, our team drills small, 5/8-inch injection holes (roughly the size of a dime) through the settled slab. We then inject a two-part liquid polyurethane polymer underneath the concrete. As the liquid components mix, they undergo a rapid chemical reaction, expanding up to 20 times their original volume. This expansion fills all voids, compacts the loose base soil, and generates the upward force needed to lift the slab back into place.
