Polyurethane Concrete Lifting (Polyjacking)
Polyjacking is the cutting edge of concrete leveling technology. Using high-density, geotechnical polyurethane foam, we can lift and stabilize sunken concrete slabs with minimal disruption. The process involves drilling small, 5/8-inch holes (about the size of a penny) and injecting the liquid foam. As the foam reacts, it expands rapidly under the slab, filling voids, compacting loose subsoil, and lifting the concrete to its original height.
- Ultra-Lightweight: Polyurethane foam adds almost no weight to the subgrade, reducing the risk of future settling.
- Waterproof & Hydrophobic: The foam will not wash away, erode, or degrade when exposed to underground water currents or heavy rain.
- Quick Curing: Cures in just 15 minutes. You can walk, drive, and park on the concrete almost immediately.
