Polyurethane Concrete Lifting (Polyjacking)

Polyjacking is the cutting edge of concrete leveling technology. Using high-density, geotechnical polyurethane foam, we can lift and stabilize sunken concrete slabs with minimal disruption. The process involves drilling small, 5/8-inch holes (about the size of a penny) and injecting the liquid foam. As the foam reacts, it expands rapidly under the slab, filling voids, compacting loose subsoil, and lifting the concrete to its original height.

Traditional Mudjacking & Slabjacking

For heavy loads or larger commercial applications, traditional mudjacking remains a highly reliable and economical choice. We drill 1.5-inch holes in the concrete and pump a thick, natural slurry mixture (composed of topsoil, sand, clay, and Portland cement) underneath. The hydraulic force lifts the heavy slabs back to grade.
